For 13 years, Miriam Daycare has been part of growing up in Huntington. We bring together caring guidance, playful discovery, and the comfort of a welcoming environment.

What ages do you welcome?
We welcome children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, including early childhood care and after-school support for school-age children.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–6:30 PM. Saturday: 8 AM–4 PM. Please contact us about availability and holiday schedules.
Are you accepting new families?
Yes! We’re welcoming new families. Availability depends on your child’s age and the schedule you need. Contact us to discuss your family’s needs.
Is Miriam Daycare licensed?
Yes. Miriam Daycare is licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. Miriam also holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and has CPR and first aid training.
Do you offer bilingual learning?
Yes. Our learning environment includes both English and Spanish. You’re welcome to contact us in either language.
What does after-school care include?
Our after-school program offers homework help, academic support, and creative activities. School buses pick up and drop off at our daycare address, 516 Oakwood Rd, Huntington, NY. Contact us to discuss your child’s school schedule.
Are meals and snacks provided?
Nutritious meals and snacks are part of our program. Please talk with us about your child’s food allergies or dietary needs before enrollment.
